User Agreement and Refund Policy (Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth)

The techniques and processes taught on all VVM Courses, (including but not exclusive to Part 2, Advanced Sahaj, Blessings, Guru Puja and DSN courses) are powerful and effective when learned under the personal guidance of a trained teacher in the environment of these Courses. These techniques and processes are offered to Course Participants for their own personal development and only under the strict personal supervision and guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar or his trained teachers while on these VVM Courses. The techniques and processes taught on VVM Courses are confidential and are to be used by Course Participants only for their own personal development. By signing this Agreement below it is hereby agreed by the Course Participant and The Art of Living Foundation and Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth that these techniques and processes are private in nature and will not be practiced or taught outside of the environment of these Courses without the written permission of The Art of Living Foundation and Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth. It is also agreed that if the Course Participant is given a process or technique for home use, that it will be kept private and not be passed on to anyone, either written or verbally, without the written permission of The Art of Living Foundation and Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth. By signing below, the Course Participant also agrees to abstain from taking notes or making recordings of any processes or talks while on these Advanced Course. Thank you for your understanding.

I understand that there is a cancellation fee specific to each course. All refunds must be requested in writing. For all refund requests, an e-mail or a signed dated cancellation letter requesting the refund must be faxed to the VVM office (603) 594-0092 or emailed to finance@us.vvmvp.org.

• For all cancellations, there will be a $40 processing fee on all VVM course fee refunds.
• No course credits will be issued.
• If a participant decides to leave the course (except in case of emergencies), no refunds or credits will be given for course fees and expenses.

Cancellation Policy: on courses where Sri Sri is not physically present (local/regional courses):

Written cancellation requests received up to 1 week before the course starts	Full refund minus $40 processing fee
Written cancellation requests received 1 week or less before the course starts	Deposits/local expenses refundable at coordinators’ discretion. VVM Course fee refundable minus $40 processing fee
No shows for course	No Refunds except in case of emergency

Cancellation Policy: on courses with Sri Sri present (national courses):

All Early Bird Discounts - Written cancellation requests received up to 10 days before the course starts	Full refund minus $100 processing fee
Regular fee - cancellation requests received up to 10 days before the course starts	Full refund minus $40 processing fee
Written cancellation requests received 10 days or less before the course starts	Course expenses not refundable. VVM Course fee refundable minus $40 processing fee
No shows for course	No refunds except in case of emergency

Note: all credit cards charges will read Ved Vignan Mahavidyapeeth.

The undersigned hereby gives permission for any necessary medical care to be given to myself in case of accident or illness. I agree to take full responsibility for the costs of any treatment provided.

I hereby give the irrevocable and unrestricted rights to use my performance and participation (in whole or in part), image, name, voice, and likeness for all non-commercial written, audio and/or visual presentations. I understand and acknowledge that the written, audio and/or video presentations may be used in print, broadcast and online promotions for the purposes of advancing the Art of Living Foundation around the world.
