ABOUT THE COURSE:
The Art of Living Yoga & Meditation Course is a practical workshop of experience and knowledge designed to develop the full potential of life. Enjoyed by people of all backgrounds and traditions, the course includes yoga, meditation and breathing techniques, as well as, ancient knowledge about the nature of the mind. A key component of the course is the Sudarshan Kriya, a simple but powerful breathing technique that brings the mind, body and emotions into harmony.
